1. How can I pay by administrative mandate?

To pay by administrative mandate, place your order online and select bank transfer as the payment method. Then, send us an official and stamped purchase order from your institution to contact@pro-lcds.com. Your order will be shipped once we receive the purchase order, and payment can be made afterward.

2. What is the difference between a matte and a glossy screen?

3. I am a reseller or IT professional. Can I get a discount?

Yes, we offer a reseller program with a 10% discount and additional benefits. To qualify, register on our website and send us an official document (such as a business registration certificate) to contact@pro-lcds.com. 4. What are the delivery times in mainland France?

Delivery times are as follows:

  • Express: 24 hours for orders placed before 2:00 PM (subject to stock availability and required information).
  • Relay Delivery: 48 hours.

For mobile parts, shipping takes place 48 hours after ordering.

5. What are the delivery times for overseas territories, Europe, and the rest of the world?

Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

  • Overseas Territories (DOM/TOM): Times may vary by location. Please contact us for an estimate.
  • Europe: Approximately 3 to 5 business days.
  • Rest of the World: Delivery times depend on the country. Contact us for more details.

6. Are your screens covered by a warranty?

Yes, all our new screens come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects (dead pixels, lines, black screen, etc.), excluding physical damage. Reconditioned screens come with a 6-month warranty.

7. The screen I ordered does not fit my laptop. Can I exchange it?

Yes, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to request an exchange. Go to your customer area, submit a return request specifying the reason, and follow the instructions sent by email. Our technicians will help you identify the issue and select the correct screen. You can also contact us directly via email or live chat.

8. What should I do if my screen arrives damaged?

Although we take great care in packaging our products, we recommend checking the package upon delivery and noting any damages with the courier if necessary. If you notice any damage, contact us within 48 hours at contact@pro-lcds.com with supporting photos. Claims for damages cannot be accepted after this period.

9. Why did I receive a different reference than the one I ordered?

It is possible that you received a screen with a different reference than the one ordered. This happens because some models are no longer manufactured, and we provide compatible alternatives with identical specifications. Rest assured that the received screen is fully compatible with your device.

10. The screen I want to order is out of stock. What should I do?

Some references are restocked regularly. For rarer models, it may take 10 to 15 days to obtain them from our suppliers. Contact us for specific availability or to discuss compatible alternatives.
