⚡ EXPRESS SHIPPING

Delivery times are in business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed before 3:00 PM (with in-stock items and confirmed payment) are shipped the same day.

If you prefer to have your screen installed by our expert technicians, select the "Workshop Installation" option when placing your order.
📍 PROCEDURE
- Sending Your Device: Once your order is confirmed, send us your laptop to the provided address. Ensure it is properly packaged.
- Return After Repair: We will return your device once the repair is completed.
🚚 WORKSHOP SHIPPING FEES
- Round-trip shipping fee: €19.90 (France only)
- Includes DHL shipping with pickup at your home or workplace.
- A prepaid shipping label will be sent to you via email.
📦 PACKAGING & PROTECTION
We use reinforced packaging and protective materials tailored to the fragility of LCD screens to ensure maximum safety during shipping.
Recommendation: When sending a device for repair, make sure to package it properly. PROLCDS is not responsible for damages incurred during transit.
🌍 CUSTOMS FEES
For deliveries outside the European Union (including overseas territories), customs fees may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the importer and must be paid directly to the carrier.
Shipments within the European Union are not subject to these additional fees thanks to the free movement of goods.
