Your order will be delivered within 1 to 5 days depending on the chosen delivery method (unless otherwise indicated on the product page). The delivery of your package will be carried out by a private carrier such as (DHL, Chronopost, Relai PickUp, or Colissimo) for express shipping, and by Colissimo postal service for economy shipping. We send our products in packaging suitable for the transport of fragile computer parts.
Delivery times are indicated in business days, from Monday to Friday. All orders confirmed (in-stock items and validated payment) before 3 PM will be shipped the same day.

- Free in France, Germany, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal at Chronopost pickup point.
For express shipping:
The shipping cost is determined according to the following schedule:
- €9.90 Metropolitan France by Chronopost
- From €12.90 (rest of the world) by DHL
Order with workshop assembly
When placing your order, you will have the option to assemble your part yourself or to entrust this task to our technicians in the workshop. In the case of an order with workshop assembly, you will need to send us your device to the address we will provide at the end of your order. It is your responsibility to take the necessary precautions to package your device. Your device will be returned to you once repaired, according to the following shipping schedule:
Round-trip transport package:
All-inclusive round-trip shipping by DHL + home or workplace pickup. A shipping label will be sent to you by email for your shipment.

Packaging and protection
We are aware of the fragility of our products, so we ship our orders in packaging with appropriate protections (bubble wrap, reinforced packaging, etc.). However, we remain at your disposal if you notice a problem during your delivery.
For an order with assembly, please make sure to sufficiently protect your device for transport. Indeed, we cannot be held responsible for any deterioration during the outbound journey of your package.
Customs fees
For deliveries outside the European Union, DOM/TOM, and the rest of the world, customs fees may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the importer and will be payable to the carrier. Shipments to the European Union benefit from the free movement of goods and will not be subject to any import fees or other taxes.
